Job Description: 

- It is a leadership role in the HR space where you would closely work with business teams to design and deliver HR strategy for the organisation, Pan India

Client Details : 

- The organisation is a portfolio company of one of the largest Multinational Internet Group

- They are looking to hire Head-HR who will be responsible for formulating end to end strategy of the HR department

Job Description : 

- Formultaing the entire HR strategy for the organisation from the scratch

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate

- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs

- Developing plans to reduce attrition at the Ground Level

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system

- Putting the Talent Management framework in place and leading the Change Management and OD initiatives

Profile:

- 12-15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 8 years in progressive leadership responsibility in a Non-tech Startup/Retail/Insurance Sector

- Expertise in Talent Management & Employee Engagement

- Good exposure to work with fleet on street employees. You should have a flare to be able to manage complex situation
