Job Description:
- It is a leadership role in the HR space where you would closely work with business teams to design and deliver HR strategy for the organisation, Pan India
- They are looking to hire Head-HR who will be responsible for formulating end to end strategy of the HR department
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs
- Developing plans to reduce attrition at the Ground Level
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system
- Putting the Talent Management framework in place and leading the Change Management and OD initiatives
- Expertise in Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Good exposure to work with fleet on street employees. You should have a flare to be able to manage complex situation
