Retail HR Head
- Liaison with the business heads/functional heads and being accountable for the performance of the Retail HR function and the brands within it, as well as providing strategic alignment of workforce
- Involved in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important.
- A strong working knowledge of People Strategy, Engagement, Planning, Budgets & Talent Acquisition
- Employee performance management.
- Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
