Head HR - Retail

Summary :

We are seeking a Head HR to oversee all human resources operations for our retail organization. The Retail Head HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

- Partner with senior management to identify and address HR issues and opportunities

- Manage and lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop HR initiatives that align with overall business objectives

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Experience working with HR software and systems
