- Drive recruitment of Junior and mid-level positions and support on senior level positions. - Manage entire onboarding and induction for all employees and sales personnel on third party payroll. - Manage employee life cycle for both on-roll and off-roll employees. - Driving engagement agenda for India Business. - Support HR Head in driving Performance Management System. - Coordinate R&R initiatives - Support managing Employee Grievances of all employees. - Support salary administration. Manage Company & third party payroll process with 100% accuracy. Ensure payroll related compliance. - Manage time office for all on- roll positions. - Manage HR related purchases (PR/PO/GRN) by following procurement policies. - Manage employee related insurances. - Represent HR in Financial and other process audits. - Manage corporate and sales office administration. - Support execute L&D plans and independently drive them. - Maintaining HR related Dashboards and MIS's. - Ensure adherence to HR Policies & report compliance. - Support leadership team in managing change. - Support CEO in managing Internal HR Communications - Support managing Organizational Development interventions.
