Our client is a leading restaurant chain in South India.

Reporting to: CEO

Responsibilities:

- This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans over the next 5 years

- Will be responsible for the entire gamut of the Human Resources function and provide strategic guidance to drive growth, excellence and human capital development

- Be the face of HR amongst investors and Board, build confidence and credibility for the function and add value to business

- Work with business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values, culture and the changing face of the organisation

- Continuously focus on building talent in the organisation, to ensure the right capability is available to achieve the organisation's goals

- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention

- Set up and monitor all talent management programs (recruitment, learning & development, rewards and recognition etc.) for effective implementation

- Set up and streamlining policies, systems and procedures

- Contribute as a business leader, understand cost effectiveness, and be accountable for the measurement of all HR programs and processes

- Direct and review audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of HR data, applications and reports

- Promote operational efficiency, security and effectiveness of controls

- Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization

- Be the driving force behind creating a strong performance culture which is independent of personal and professional biases

- Strategic partner to business on people issues (guide, consult, and support) and provide a road map for effective governance

Prefer Candidate:

- 15 - 20 years- experience

- Should have experience of leading HR or being a senior HR team member within the retail / consumer / F&B sector

- MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources

- Experience of set up systems and processes

- Experience in green field projects and scaling up organisations will be preferred
