Job Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) professional for the role of Head.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals in partnership with Aasaanjobs CEO. E.g. Relevant Organization Structures; Productivity & Efficiencies.

- Partner with Business head for talent management at middle & senior management level and benchmarking of best practice sharing, roll out effective communication and engagement programs.

- Drive culture through people, processes and engagement practices

- Lead workforce planning in coordination Aasaanjobs management team for both the mid-term and long-term needs of the business.

- Lead recruitment and the talent development processes.

- Lead policy development and program execution for employee relations and engagement activities.

- Lead compensation management and performance management in line with global practices

- Lead HR operations end to end including (on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and process improvement.)

- Build the local HR team, mentor team and their capability development.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Post-graduate degree in HR or a related discipline.

- 10-12 years of relevant experience, work in retail industry is preferred.

- Experience of working in an internet/ digital /startup ecosystem will be an advantage

- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment

- Strong organizational skills- ability to take initiative and work independently.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with people at all levels in the organization
