Act as a People advisor, driving manpower solutions and execution of employee life cycle across the brand Change Management : - Conceptualising Behaviour based performance management system - Revamping the HR policies and SOPs for improving employee experience - Determining the manpower allocation to projects and creating organisation charts - Instrumental in conceptualizing the reward and recognition programme - Automation of HR processes (Reimbursement, Payroll activities, PMS etc. with focus on self-service model for HR services. Employee Engagement : - Create engagement calendar on annual basis for implementation of initiatives - HR Clinics - Monthly HR grievance redressal platform - Enabling HR Operational Excellence - Driving manpower identification and allocation to projects through Organisation Tree charts - Undertake Job analysis for the unique roles and identify KRA/KPIs for them - Overseeing payroll management and statutory compliance and providing guidance to the team as required - Instrumental in conceptualising and implementing Performance linked Incentive plans for Sales
