Our client is a new age real estate firm with successful track record of delivering projects and is backed by well reputed tech entrepreneurs with an aim of driving change across the industry. They are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional with an international outlook to join their fast growing business.

Description

- Reporting into CEO, working as HR Head, you will work very closely with the Business Heads to drive organization culture

- You will lead a team of HR professionals to manage talent management, recruitment, HR operations, payroll etc.

- You will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning.

- Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships

Profile

- MBA with 10 to 12 years experience in managing end to end HR processes including HR Operations, HR Business Partnership and Talent Management etc.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proficiency at usage of IT tools like Powerpoint, Excel etc.

- Prior exposure to international environment - education or work experience is a must.

- Client will prefer a diversity candidate for this role.
