Head - Human Resources - Music Service Industry (15-17 yrs)

A leading music service industry is looking for Head HR for their Head Office in Mumbai.


- To design the process flow of each activities of the dept. based on organization standard model

- Lead the creation and implementation of talent management initiatives and tools that allow line managers to identify, develop, coach and motivate employees to successfully accomplish the organization's business plan.

- Recruit and create a Talent Pool in the organisation and ensuring succession plan in all department

- Develop strong HR Structure and SOP's for HR & Admin.

- Supervise in designing and developing job roles & Setting KRAs for the entire organisation

- Develop, lead and implement staffing solutions to recruit talent, proposing salary offers and negotiating for the best deal

- Ensure that the Training Calendar is in place for the FY

- Ensure program goals and objectives are met.

- Manage and lead a strong credible Training program (Functional / Behavioural)

- Implement Employee satisfaction survey, monitor satisfaction scores and take proactive steps

- Supervising Employee Insurance viz; Group Mediclaim, Personal Accident Insurance & Individual Insurance

- Negotiate premium with the insurance agent at the time of renewal of the policy.

- Plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation structure based on various labour laws, legislative changes etc., policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the organization's goals and competitive practices.

- Oversee competency based Performance management System across the Organization.

- Establish performance - linked remuneration policies.

- Implementing of 180 degree or 360 degree performance evaluation process

- Overseeing Reward & Recognition programme and implantation of Best Practises

- Timely execution and completion of Appraisal system process and processing Increment Letters

- Overseeing the disbursement of monthly salary and submission of Payroll MIS

- Ensuring compliance in place for employees (PF/ESIC/LWF/Gratuity)

- Implementation of Robust Payroll software

- Conduct Exit Interviews and provide timely feedback

- Ensure timely Full and Final settlements of Exit Employees

- Managing the overall system of Human Resource Department

- Looking after the Administration Functions of the Regions and the Head Office


- Strong Interpersonal Skill and Networking , Well versed with systems and Policies and process

- Good Communication Skills

- Work with teams and Interdepartmental coordination to achieve common goal for the organization

- Flare to learn new technology & be proactive individual

- A blend of Right attitude, Knowledge and working skills


15 years of relevant experience in Retail Industry preferred.

Qualifications: MBA in HR (minimum)
