HR Head | Tech Startup Experience must Envision & Create Annual Operating Plan for Manpower in sync with all business functions based on employee productivity. - Propose an HR Budget for annual consumption and sign off the same with subheads of - Salary Expenses - PMS Cost - TA cost - Learning & Development | OD costs - Employee Engagement Budgets - HR Administrative expenses (vendors, software) - Develop organization strategies by - Identifying and researching human resources issues - Analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction - Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objective - Implementing human resources strategies by, establishing departmental accountabilities including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation & benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, and retention. - Managing human resources department s by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, determining employee productivity, quality, designing systems, accumulating resource, resolving problems, implementing change. - Successfully manage organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and employer branding. - Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the best talent - Ensure hiring plans are tailored to meet the business requirement keeping special attention on growth areas and critical functions as per the AOP. - Keep a healthy sourcing strategy by having a mix of campus & lateral hires. - Work with the business to ensure KRA and objective alignment across the organization, ensuring that the KRAs and objectives are set promptly - Ensure robust feedback mechanism through the year including structured mid-year and year-end reviews(or as per policy & procedure developed) - Develop a roadmap for the performance management process and ensure that it is completed timely, effectively. - Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are created for all employees and work with the leadership team on timely completion of the development areas - Ensure training calendar is in place based on the training identified through IDPs - Drive programs targeted at competency enhancement trainings leveraging Corporate LD and other external/ internal resources - Benchmark the Company policies with best in the industry and ensure the same are updated and communicated across the across the organization time to time. - Run policy awareness campaigns on regular intervals. - Ensure 100% compliance on labour laws and file returns
