Position: Head HR
Location: Hyderabad
Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible to establish & streamline all HR Processes across the organization (I.e Recruitment & Selection, induction, Employee Relations, People Development, Performance Evaluation System,, Compensation, Legal Compliances, Administration).
- Formulating and implementing HR policies & procedures successfully in tune with Business realities in entire Organisation
- Introducing Manpower planning including new projects and sourcing through the introduction of internal movements, head hunting, referral scheme, and elevation of junior cadre to higher positions, standardizing the campus recruitment process, placement of interns etc.
- Effective maintenance of employee relations in all sites across the Company for a smooth running of the work without stoppages and without major IR disturbances.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
- Responsible for implementing training & development initiatives for improving productivity, building capability and quality enhancement of the employees.
- Ensuring in compliance with all the applicable status without fail and monitoring the same as per schedules.
- Establish effective HR reporting system & MIS through the company.
- Maintaining cordial public relations with the external stakeholders and Govt. Offices. Managing contract labor deployment and rationalization, ensuring Statutory Compliance through the location HR heads and discharging obligations of Principal Employer.
- Maintaining good professional relationship with various Government and non Government authorities for smooth running of the operations.
- Coordinating with Advocates for preparing the legal documents pertaining to court cases, Conciliation etc.- Pivotal in implementation of HRMS & payroll for entire company.
