Responsibilities : - Gauging needs of the organization's human resource requirements, and accordingly putting a plan of action to fulfill those needs - Plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for recruiting suitable candidates on an ongoing basis - Creating a sophisticated employer value proposition pitch to attract high quality talent - Work as a mediator between company and candidate to create win-win compensation structures - Designing compensation packages and employee programs such as flexible work times, paternity leave, extended holidays, telecommuting in addition to standard bonuses and holiday plans - Designing the training plan and content for employees across the different functions and levels in the organisation; including regular assessment and grading plan - Ensuring alignment of employees professional development goals - Creating the appraisal process for the employees; defining the frequency of appraisals and feedback mechanism - Maintaining the work culture and a transparent, healthy and safe environment to work in - Ensure that the HR service maintains and meets the policies, practices and procedures required to achieve and maintain externally accredited quality standards Work experience and Education : - An appropriate HR related qualification i.e. Masters in Personnel and Development with atleast 9 years of experience Skills & Competencies required : - Manufacturing experience
