HR Head for a leading Manufacturing company

- HR Head would partner with the leadership team to understand and execute initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and goals. One would act as a bridge between management and employees and ensure a constant flow of necessary information to stakeholders.

- Has to keep a track of key HR metrics and KPIs like attrition, cost of hire, employee satisfaction score and updates management on the same.

- Major responsibilities would include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. One should have extensive HR experience in senior role and good knowledge of entire Human Resources gamut.

Job description :

- Experience should have all facets of the employee life cycle - compensation, development of HR systems and strategies, leadership and organizational development.

- Competent in deploying HR practices that attract and retain high potential talent, promote employee satisfaction and enable lower operational costs .

- Competent in leading Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Talent Acquisition functions .

- Understand the company's vision and accordingly align HR functions.

- Developing and implementing human resources policies.

- Determine the most effective organizational structure to meet business growth plans.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital .

- Compensation & benefits strategy including its research, analysis and implementation.

- Appraisal cycle and its management.

Qualifications and skills : Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management.
