- Responsible to develop and execute the HR strategy together with the local team (Site & Offices), based on business strategy deployed. Support HR and functional leadership teams by providing expertise and guidance in the areas of staffing, strategic and succession planning, strategic workforce planning, talent management, cultural change, organizational and performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits and employee relations.

- Define and follow own processes and policies in compliance with local regulations.

- Manage HR functional country Budget (salaries, compensation & benefits)

- Lead and facilitate business growth through management processes.

- Lead staffing, organization and development management processes: talent acquisition, career path & performance management, succession planning and terminations.

- Lead change management processes and foster a winning company culture following global and corporate guidelines.

- Lead, support and implement learning strategy in the organization

- Define country KPI's, follow action plans and assure improvements

- Collaborate with local and regional HR associations to keep updated in best practices, BI and market analysis updates.

- Lead efficiency, lean and cost-out projects in the function.(HR Excellence)

- Provide coaching and feedback to the leadership team facilitating the communication with all employees in the org.

- Lead the engagement survey followed by actions to be defined and implement to track progress.

- Coach and Support the site leadership and business teams.

- Solution-provider to the business.

- Strong contributor in creating value as a regional management team member

- Build an organization effectiveness through employee relations

- Ensure organic growth

- Execute on proactive labor plans

- Execute and guide the team on fair and legal practices

- Execute on performance management and development

- Acting as role model with unyielding integrity

- Develop or acquire needed capabilities to ensure further business growth

- Minimum 10 years of experience in an MNC manufacturing unit.

- Experience in Pharmaceutical sector or Chemical Industry would be an added advantage

- MBA/PGDBM/MPM/MSW with specialization in HR
