About Our Client : MNC in the agriculture domain
Job Description :
Reporting into the India MD, you will be responsible for :
- Prepare the manpower budget for the company
- Integration of systems, policies and procedures and leading the change management interventions
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training
The Successful Applicant :
- As a successful candidate you should have 9-12 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to HR in manufacturing setups
- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses
- Hands on experience in Training and Development
- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality
- Experience in managing scale and multi site experience
