Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing (14-20 yrs)
- Leading the organizations HR initiatives particularly Northern region and monitoring talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems (HRIS) and budget planning of HR at the northern region.
- Candidate who has handled end to end HR processes of acquired units, merged units will be an added advantage
- Liaison with Various Govt. Agencies and In-depth knowledge about Factories Act and rules and other labour legislations and statutory regulations
- Nurture a positive working environment and aligning employees to company values and ethics
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Maintain Compensation and benefits program
- Designing and implementing Training Development Modules
- The goal is to ensure that all the needs of the manufacturing plants particularly in the northern region are being met and are aligned with all business objectives
