Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)
Position Description:
Position Name: HR Head
Location: Barbil Orissa
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Staff, Management & operatives.
- Statutory Compliances under various Law
- Liaison with various Govt. departments i.e. Labor, Director of factories, Industries, ESIC, Provident Funds, Employment Exchange, insurance, irrigation, boilers, transport and other govt. agencies.
- Supervision of Time Office Management i.e. preparation of salaries & wages, PF, ESI, Bonus, gratuity, leave records and full & final settlements etc.
- Hiring & handling of Manpower.
- Administration control i.e. Security, Transport, canteen services, guest house, staff colonies, housekeeping and internal administrative areas etc.
- Personnel Records.
- Managing/handling Contractors & Contractual Labor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Should have previous working experience as an HR & IR specialist for at least 12 Years
- MBA in Human Resource (Fulltime)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
