Must have experience in understanding, defining, implementing, and executing of KRAs (KPI / OKR Framework) for IT Services company and each practice &amp; CoE units 3. Should be able to define industry benchmark for employee compensation &amp; benefit based on skill &amp; relevant experience 4. Must have experience with industry standards HR policies and implementing appropriate policies to software services and staffing companies 5. Experience in creating HR policies for performance appraisal and evaluation within an organization 6. HR Branding both internal employees and external prospects 7. Must have good experience in managing the HR team 8. Must have experience in nurturing and retaining employees by consistent employee engagement (ESAT, Grievance &amp; conflict resolution) 9. Must be able to interact with the executive management (CEO) and provide weekly, monthly relevant reports 10. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are required 11. Excellent people skills and high emotional intelligence skills are a must 12. Demonstrate good leadership skills to control and motivate employees, without being harsh 13. Good experience in Talent acquisition for all levels of positions 14. Should have worked for a small and mid/large company 15. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 16. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 17. Should have worked in IT Services company 18. Organizational restructure 19. Drive Integrated Change Management 20. Develop and implement employee-friendly policy to support the organizational growth
