Job Description:

HR head with technical HR experience and knowledge. Ability to draft, create, implement and monitor KPIs, KRAs.

Job Purpose:

The Human Resources Head will provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function at the manufacturing Industry. The HR HEAD will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and policies that support the organization's goals and objectives, and for ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the business objectives of the organization.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring that all HR activities are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and labour unions.

- Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.

- Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees.

- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training and development, coaching and mentoring, and career planning.

- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations, and monitor changes to legislation to ensure that the organization remains compliant.

- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within budget and that value for money is achieved.

- Provide regular reporting to senior management on HR performance, including key HR metrics, progress against HR objectives, and risks and issues
