HR Head

- Candidates must have IT experience in recruitment for at least 5 recent years.

- Target oriented candidate with ability to take week/month targets for closures of our service , sales and pre sales vacancies.

- Sales vacancies will be monthly targets for service engineers; it will be weekly.

- Excellent Communication and management skills.

- Team consists of 5 recruiters currently.

- Candidate should be mature and possess positive attitude

- Should have an excellent personality and ability to help the team by showing the way and personally showing closures and success.

- Oversee the admin and statutory team.

- Candidates from Staffing background / Resource Management and consulting firms preferred
