Our client is looking for a seasoned HR Professionals with 15+ years of experience in corporate HR with IT Industry to manage their India HR at Bangalore Office. Job Purpose&nbsp;: - Lead the India Human Resources Team in providing professional HR services and change management to the Indian based businesses and corporate functions to achieve their business objectives in a safe, compliant, and cost effective manner. - Also ensure that HR services are provided in a manner consistent with the global and regional HR strategies. - Represent Human Resources on the India Leadership Team providing guidance, direction and focus on HR strategies, policies, procedures and practices as well as ethics and compliance of corporate policies and procedures. Key Deliverables&nbsp;: - Leading Culture &amp; transformational agenda to create a high performing organization through people strategies - Leading annual HR Strategic planning. - Leading Talent Management and Organizational development intervention - Provide strategic support to business to evaluate organization designs &amp; people processes support the growth of the businesses and functions by ensuring that the businesses and functions will be able to attract, develop, and retain the employees advice, coach the ILT regarding a consistent, compliant (Ethics and Compliance) approach to HR for the leadership team manage and direct the HR professionals in India to have a cooperative, well functioning Team in India to support both business objectives &amp; associates Lead and drive culture change programs in India. - The Head of HR will have to actively drive alignment and adaptation to the company culture. - Implement change management programs in line with global and regional HR strategy - Lead organizational change/design processes. - Ensure the continuous development of the employees by developing and running training programs according to business and individual development needs. - Provide leadership and coaching over the country HR team in India and on all aspects of their performance. - Ensure that a well functioning organization and appropriate resources and skills are in place to deliver the requested service. - Responsible for the delivery of a high quality personnel administration and payroll service for the company staff based in India. - Work with Regional C &amp; B CoE staff to develop compensation &amp; benefits strategy, policies, procedures. - Ensure a continuous fit with business needs by innovation through periodically bench-marking with internal/external market conditions. - Act as a spokesperson for the company vs. official bodies (tax authorities, social inspection, etc). Gatekeeper role on terms and conditions. - Manage an existing network of external partnerships/providers where necessary and ensure continuous bench-marking on price/quality.
