Head - HR
Position : HR Head
- Client an Large Technology MNC based out of Delhi & Mumbai.
- Heading Corporate HR, TA, T&D and Admin for the company. Should have in depth understanding and experience in entire gamut of HR i.e. Recruitment, Talent Management, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits etc
- Should be good at People Management and be able to manage large HR & Admin teams.
- Should have handled a headcount of 1500- 2000 qualified Professionals and have a 'hands on' experience in implementing the Rewards and Recognition initiatives of their company.
Desired Experience level : 15-25 years, preferably in IT/Telecom/Retail
Qualification : MBA in HR from premier institutes like XLRI/TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD
Job Location : Delhi/NCR (Open to travel to Mumbai & Bangalore every month)
Position Reports to the : CEO - South East Asia Operations.
Team Size : 35 (HR & Admin) Direct reportees - 4 (HR / T&D / TA & Admin)
