Job Description:

Must-haves in the candidate:

- Experience of working in a Start-up

- Experience in setting up HR systems & processes from scratch

Experience Range : 6 - 9 years

Educational Qualifications : Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibilities :

- Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best

- Ensure growth and development of every employee in the organization.

- Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities

- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability, and quality enhancement.

- Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.

- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management

- Creating Rewards & Recognition system

- Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs

- Design and execute all employee-related communications

- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.

- Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.

- Demonstrated ability to influence the stakeholders to bring the required changes

- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

- Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Actively participates in annual budget planning/ forecasting process with business partners.

Candidate Attributes:

- Must have experience in setting up HR systems & processes from scratch in a Start-up

- MBA with 7+ years of HR experience

- Hands-on person who can create the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
