Client is a Tier 1 MNC company, presence PAN India. Client has been highly rated for work culture, best HR practices. Client is a top 3 in sector leader ranking and into consumer facing business.

Brief on Profile :

This is a Head of HR role, reporting into CEO based Bangalore. This job role required to work closely with all 'C' level employees from business side.

Mandatory Criteria to Apply :

- Candidates must be having working experience into ECOMMERCE companies need to apply.

- Candidates having NO ECOMMERCE industry experience are not qualified to apply.

- Candidate must have a few HR Projects to talk which have impacted business directly / Indirectly.

- This role requires a Strong HR Business Leader who can lead HR Charter, keeping business priorities in Plan. Candidate must be having good exposure in HR Policies, culture building and Talent Development to name a few areas.

Education : Candidate from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School can apply.

Job Profile :

- We are looking for a "Business HR Leader" who has the efficiency & capability of leading HR team and tremendous practical work experience in Human Capital to the organization at a next level.

- To establish & institutionalize robust alignment to HR processes & delivery mechanism spanning various aspects of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capability and

- Culture building in line with the operating plan to achieve long-term vision for the organization.

- Business Partnering with Direct and Indirect employees, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions for the Sales team, such as Compensation, talent acquisition, induction, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Ensure hiring is aligned to the agreed 'Talent Mix' comprising of lateral hires and internal promotes.

- Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality - Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360-degree feedback discussions.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication for the Region.

- Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.

- To support the business growth and strategy by building strategic organizational competencies.

- The ability to partner with business and HR leaders to develop strategies to enhance organizational capabilities to meet evolving business needs will be critical.

- Development of Talent Initiatives for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed.

- Designs and recommends reward systems and processes that attract, motivate and retain employees to the business.

- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

- Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication.

- Providing insight into people and organizational issues and skillfully handling of very complex employee relations issues
