Head - Human Resources - Internet/Online (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Employee Lifecycle Management :

- Execute effective onboarding programs for new joiners

- Create and execute programs to measure employee satisfaction and analyze results to drive proactive actions

- Conduct regular interactions with employees to understand their concerns

- Address employee concerns with the help of managers & management

- Communication and implementation of HR policies and program

- Efficient HR Operations management for all employees

- Drive talent upskilling by creating mechanisms such as success profiles, Talent Assessment and Leadership Investment Planning

- Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates

- Regularly interact with business managers to understand and provide solutions on employee relations, talent planning, staffing, compensation & benefits, talent development and change management issues

Performance Management :

- Drive, communicate and facilitate effective performance management processes across the organization

- Enable management teams in making difficult performance-related decisions

- Regular market benchmarking of compensation and benefits to facilitate effective performance management

- Supports the management team in aligning employee goals with overall business goals through tailor-made people programs

Analytics, Systems & Processes :

- Analyse data to understand people challenges being faced by the organisation and execute effective people programs to overcome challenges

- Create and present relevant reports (Scorecards, Attrition Reports, Talent Gap Analysis etc) to managers & management

- Implement systems to provide easy access of information to employees, managers and management

- Create and institutionalise processes for efficient communication with employees, managers & management

- Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement custom people programs, systems, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives

Talent Acquisition & Culture :

- Oversee the Talent Acquisition team to ensure pipeline for open positions

- Mentor the talent acquisition team on sourcing strategies and processes

- Work with the team to create a delightful candidate experience through processes

- Oversee employer branding initiatives being carried out by the Talent Acquisition team

- Maintain key hiring metrics like source of hire and time to hire etc

- Oversee programs being run by the Culture team

- Run employee sentiment surveys with the help of the Culture Team

- Plan and introduce programs to improve employee satisfaction scores

Desired Experience & Qualities :

- 10+ years of experience in HR

- 3-5 years of HR Leadership experience, preferably in a Technology/Digital Product company

- Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management

- Experience in managing a lean HR Team

- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment with the ability to prioritise tasks

- Hands-on approach towards problem-solving

- Ability to execute in ambiguous circumstances

- Ability to create tailor-made solutions for unique problems
