Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd is a leading Executive Search & Selection company, caters to recruitment services in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering & Healthcare domain.

We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a global conglomerate into Mining business.

Position details : Head HR &IR

Qualifications : MBA -HR (Full time )

Experience : 15-25 Years

Location : Madhya Pradesh

Job Purpose : To plan and institutionalize HR, Administration and Security policies and processes at the project sites and maintain harmonious Industrial Relations, while ensuring statutory compliance related to labour laws in order to ensure smooth functioning of the Projects.

1. Facility, Admin & Security & Planning :

- Develop robust HR, Admin & Security policies and processes for the Projects.

- To ensure approvals in place for preparation of HR, Admin, Security Budge .

- Develop Project SOPs for HR, Admin and IR and ensure implementation of the same.

- Establish cost control and wastage control measures to curtail cost

- Ensure smooth functioning of Admin, IR & Security function.

2. Organization Structure & Manpower planning and recruitment :

- Design Organization structure and continuously monitor and review the structure to ensure the highest level of productivity.

- Undertake manpower planning and assess the requirements to design recruitment plans and ensure recruitment implementation as per the plan .

- Ensure selection and timely recruitment of suitable candidates for the project

- Continuously monitor and improve employee reductivity through organization restructuring reorganization of roles and changing staff levels w.r.t industry benchmarks and best practices.

3. Statutory Compliances :

- Ensure smooth coordination with local people to carry forward project in smooth and cordial manner.

- Ensure close coordination with external security agencies and internal team to ensure safe & secure infrastructure & office.

- Ensure relevant stakeholder, Government bodies, statutory authorities and locality management for smooth project execution activities
