Head - Human Resources/Industrial Relations - Manufacturing Firm (15-20 yrs)
The incumbent should be a Full Time MBA in HR / PMIR from reputed institute with experience in end to end HR including Formation of HR Policies, HR Systems, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Compliances in a reputed Automobile / Manufacturing Companies.
KRA's :
- Designing and implementing HR Strategy as per the overall Business Strategy.
- HR Policy formulation and Communication Strategy.
- Change management facilitation.
- Integrated Performance Management Systems.
- Managing the functions pertaining to Induction, Separation, Transfers, Leaves, Attendance, Compensation & Advances and Rewards.
- People management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment.
- Handling compliances, disciplinary and court proceeding and domestic inquiries under the ambit of Factories Act, 1948.
- Managing welfare measures, management of employee get together, team building etc. to enhance motivation levels and productivity
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Developing Annual Training Calendar based on Education vision, yearly policy and individual needs.
- Budgeting & organizing customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency
