1. Candidate will be responsible for handling HR/Admin /IR of Plant level & must have experience in handling HR at plant level.
2. Must coordinate with all department heads for smooth working and implement performance management training and development for plant employees.
3. Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations through various employee engagement initiatives.
4. The candidate must be good in statutory compliance at plant level and must deal with all government agencies and external agencies.
5. The candidate must handle all union matters, IR matters, legal cases in different courts, etc.
6. Employee Communication and General Administration.
Qualification
MBA /PGDBM - HR from a recognized university
Yrs of Experience
10 - 15 yrs of experience in HR domain.
Specific Skills
Should have good communication skills and must demonstrate leadership capabilities. Must Have handled HR /IR issues & Exposure with Labor Unions.
