Urgently scouting for "Head - HR/IR & Admin" with a leading Organisation based out of Hyderabad.
- Looking for MBA(Regular) candidates with 15+ Years of experience in HR Generalist, HR strategies, Talent Management, Statutory Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Services, PMP.
- Should have a very strong exposure in Industrial Relations, Plant HR Activities,Knowledge of structural plan
- Somebody who can bring cultural changes in the organization
- Should have experience in Annual operating plan.
- As this is going to be a leadership position, the candidate should be very strong in Articulation and Business Acumen.
Job Description :
- Lead and drive the HR Strategies, ensure HR deliverable to sustain and grow of business aligning with long term and short term business strategies.
- Establish culture in promoting employees experience, talent building and organization capability to build great place to work.
- Drive and establish alignment with organisation's philosophy and policies
- Maintain and sustain cordial employee relations to build high performance culture.
- Guide and direct in facilitating admn activities, employee services.
- Drive and establish high performance culture by implementation of performance management process, Business Balance Score Card, employees goal setting, assessment etc.
- Compensation, Reward management, benefits and policy administration, partner with Shared services for back end support, Admn dept and parent organization deliver the results aligning with existing, new policies.
- Drive strategies, Sustain harmonious employee relations with proactive approach with internal & external stakeholders, establish engagement and capability enhancement.
- Build succession plans to develop and nurture future by establishing and deploying developmental plans by suitable interventions at leadership/critical talent level.
