Job Purpose As part of its strategic growth, the Company has decided to upgrade its HR set up and establish latest HR processes & practices. The Human Resources Manager will lead the Human Resources Function and establish practices that creates a high-performance environment which is employee-oriented. This requires the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic and tactical HR plan for talent acquisition and management which is aligned to business. He will also oversee the Industrial Relations & Administration Function at the Plants. JOB ROLE - Talent Acquisition, Engagement & Development - Devising & upgrading HR policies and implementing the same - Managing Employee lifecycle - Running HR Processes such as payroll, compliance with laws etc - Administration, estate management etc - Managing IR and Administration and Improving productivity - To establish and lead these activities, we are looking for a person with strong functional knowledge of HR systems & processes, who is self- motivated and has a proven track record of HR operations, management, and good exposure to IR. He should be capable of developing new and innovative strategies for establishing the values, culture and ethos that the business needs, all the time working in a diplomatic and practical manner to ensure that People are fully engaged in the organization. Person Profile The Head - HR should preferably be an MBA with specialisation in HR with 10+ years of experience. Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial ability along with superior communication skills are required for the post. The position will be based in Khalapur or in Navi Mumbai.
