As we continue to scale, we are looking for a strategic and people-centric Head of HR to drive our talent agenda and foster a high-performance culture.

Role Overview:

The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy to support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational excellence. This role will focus on talent acquisition, culture building, leadership development, and compliance, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on growth, agility, and innovation.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design.

- Champion a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's values and business objectives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract and hire the best talent for both corporate and on-ground hospitality & real estate teams.

- Build a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation, retention, and productivity.

- Build a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Implement initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

4. Learning & Development

- Design and implement leadership development programs to groom future leaders within the organization.

- Foster a continuous learning environment with training programs tailored to employee growth and business needs.

5. Compensation & Benefits

- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.

- Benchmark HR policies with industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific HR requirements.

- Establish and maintain effective HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal frameworks.

7. HR Operations & Technology

- Optimize HR operations by leveraging HR technology and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.

- Oversee payroll, performance management, and other HR systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

- 15-20 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or allied industries.

- Proven experience in scaling HR functions in a growth-oriented environment.

- Strong track record in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

- Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
