The Role:

Head of HR is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department. Head of HR supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labour relations etc.

Roles and responsibilities for this role include: -

- Develops regional strategy by identifying and researching human resources requirements

- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountability

- Manages human resources operations

- Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities

- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions

- Complies with central, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities

- Enhances department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Candidate Profile : -

You must have a master's degree with a focus in Human Resources with 16+ years in creating and implementing strategies for improving leadership, organisational development and learning, leadership development in a large distributed set.

In depth knowledge about Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulation

Knowledge of current tools, techniques and technologies in the area is a critical must-have
