Roles and Responsibilities : Design and Strategy : - Leads in the development of the organization's culture consistent with strategic direction, business imperatives, and values and ethics. - Must have a strong education background/pedigree - Looking for candidates from strong Retail/QSR/Foodtech startup backgrounds - Looking at companies other strong Consumer-Facing Brands/Companies - Must have a background in building HR Practices & Processes for a mix of Field + Corporate teams - Experience in building strong Employer Brands is a definite plus - Should be able to act as a peer and consultant to Founders on People related matters - The current HC is around 1500 and this is expected to double in the next 1 year or so. Hence prior experience with Scale-Ups will be a definite advantage - While TA is not a key deliverable for this role in the immediate future but as an HR leader shall be able to influence the overall Talent Strategy - Looking for candidates who can be based out of Chennai else Bangalore is also fine. About the company : Currently operating 40 retail Stores in major cities like Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad having robust expansion plan to spread across top 15 cities in India in the next 12 months. The company will be doubling its headcount from 1000 to 2000 by Dec 2022. For this role some amount of Retail / E-commerce is a must wherein he/she would have handled Customer Facing/Field based workforce
