Head - Human Resources - FMCG

Our client is amongst the leading F&B companies in India.

Role: HR Head

Reporting to: CFO

Team: 10

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR and provide strategic guidance to drive growth, excellence and human capital development

- Work with business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values, culture and the changing face of the organisation

- Set up and monitor all talent management programs (i.e. recruitment, performance management, learning & development, rewards and recognition etc.) for effective implementation

- Set up and streamlining policies, systems and procedures

- Build and execute a strong employee engagement plan to connect with employees across locations

- Be the driving force behind building a strong culture of performance and belongingness

- Continuously focus on building talent in the organisation, to ensure the right capability is available to achieve the organisation's goals

- Manage all administration and facilities in the organisation

- Promote operational efficiency, security and effectiveness of controls

- Ensure that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization

- Strategic partner to business on people issues (guide, consult, and support) and provide a road map for effective governance

Relevant Experience:

- 8 - 12 years- of years

- Experience in F&B, QSR or Retail sectors, having managed a large front line employee base across locations

- MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources

- Experience of set up systems and processes
