- This role demands a very high level of initiative and focus to evolve the organization to the larger canvass by people management and resource acquisition.

- The candidate should be self-driven having good experience in handling HR in progressive FMCG companies.

- The candidate should have the ability to get involved in building an organization and should be willing to take part in an evolving organization rather than just maintaining an organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for all the HR activities of the on roll and off roll employees and the end-to-end employee life cycle management of the SBU

- Plan, guide and execute hiring strategies, performance management, employee relations etc. at unit level

- Overall responsible for the implementation of Talent Strategy for the unit

- Translate business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy

- Work and partner with the business leaders in enhancing effectiveness and efficiency for unit workforce aiming for better business results by developing, implementing and driving suitable employee initiatives

- Enable business leaders in improving workforce capability, refining organizational structure, strategic staffing, change initiatives and support day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement involving employees

- Partner with business and corporate COE on organizational design, talent management talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Contribute in identification, evaluation and monitoring of learning and development programs to ensure success by meeting learning and development objectives

- Involve in reviewing the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices, in alignment with business and COEs

- Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives

- Provide day-to-day performance management initiates guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) as well as ensure addressal and resolution of employee issues before it is getting escalated

- Facilitate in identifying talent and help in career progression initiatives by developing and following up the career progression plan

- Ensure & facilitate the communication flow & alignment of the entire system by enabling a channel of feedback from people in the field to the organization and reverse by scheduling of meetings

- This position is of urgent nature to be filled immediately and thus looking for HR Professionals with proven track road with fair experience from FMCG organizations, who can join at a early date.
