Head - Human Resources - FMCG (10-15 yrs)

For a leading Mid Size FMCG company

Looking for Head HR, could be based out of Mumbai /Bangalore

- Talent Acquisition:To assist management in cost effective end to end recruitment for all corporate level roles including driving the CBI approach (competency based interviewing) to selection, Induct and orient the new incumbents about vision, value, mission and culture of the organization.

- Talent Management: Talent assessment; Identify high potential talent of the company; their motivation, development and retention. Formulation and implementation of staff motivation and Retention programme.

- Employee Engagement: Formulate & implement staff engagement programme; Conduct Gallup survey.

- Strategic HR : Design HR strategies and implement global strategic HR initiatives in the organization.

- Compensation & Benefit (C & B) : Payroll management; setting of performance linked incentives and non monetary rewards; maintain PF/ESI records;filing of returns; HR audit; Maintain employee benefit program.

- Assessing benefit needs & trends; Awarding benefit contracts; Educate the staff about benefit programs.

- Training & Development: Identify Training needs,Formulate training programme,Conduct on the job and off the job training through an outside expert,Prepare training calendar, Launch carrier development program

- OD & Change Management: Driving OD intervention, Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey to ensure people participation. Managing Organization culture,design & change on the basis of input received from employee feedback . Ensure culture of team work & transparency, Works on task forces & committees as a contributor. Implement job rotation policy to break monotony and make employee skillful & multi- tasker.

- Performance Management System (PMS): Design and implementation of annual Performance appraisal Programme,Co-ordinate with HOD's and management for annual increment & promotion; Potential appraisal

- Employee Life Cycle Management: Manages all details of employee's life cycle from recruitment to exit. Setting of employee KRA's / KPI, JD's and review of the same on quarterly basis. Mapping core competency for different role across all verticals in the organization. Promotions, Confirmation, Transfers of staff etc. Maintain and updation of MIS reports.
