Job Description:
- The person will be required to setup & manage the entire HR Function from scratch. Focus will be on Culture building, Learning&Development, Employee Engagement, Improve Productivity, Strategic HR, Talent Management, Performance Management etc.
- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning
- Maintain the current employee pulse among all assigned business units and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards formulation of their people management strategy
- Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans
The Successful Applicant: Candidate with 12 to 15 years of experience working in Fin-tech, Financial Services, Pharma, FMCG would be preferred.
