Head - Human Resources - Financial Services (15-20 yrs)

Our client is a growing lending financial services headquartered in Gurgaon. The role will be based in Mumbai.

Job Profile:

1. Lead the HR function of the NBFC business of the organization

2. Develop, design, and implement the organization's HR strategy, processes, and culture in alignment with the group strategy

3. Work closely with business heads to understand talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline

4. Partner with and support the leadership and business heads for all people related matters and implementation of processes

5. Design and regularly review HR plans, policies, and processes to facilitate the smooth functioning of the business

6. Ensure adherence to the grievance redressal and disciplinary framework and effective mediation in potential issues

7. Act as a change agent and drive the organizational transformation for HR process and structure improvement initiatives

8. Build a culture of high performance and meritocracy and drive the cultural change through coaching and training

9. Design and implement training and development programs across levels as per the needs

10. Benchmark NBFCs across various HR functions such as talent, compensation, best practices

Candidate Profile :

1. 15+ years of experience in NBFC or Retail Banking industry

2. Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources

3. Strong business understanding of the NBFC and financial industry

4. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to lead a team based out of another location

5. Experience in leading organizational change projects

6. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills and process orientation
