We require a Head Human Resources for a leading Financial Market Research organization based at Indore in Madhya Pradesh.

People with 7 to 9 years experience from Tier 1 / Tier B Schools with a high Intellect & exposure in all areas of HR need to apply. People from Media/IT are preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

1) 7 to 9 years experience as a HR Generalist

2) Exposure in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits etc

3) People from Tier 1 & Tier 2 B Schools are required

4) High Intellect & ability to lead a fast paced team

5) People Management exposure having lead teams of at least 8 to 10 people

6) People from Madhya Pradesh or willing to move to Indore

7) People from IT/Finance/Media are preferred

8) Those who can join immediately are preferred
