Head - Human Resources - Engineering Services/IT/KPO

- Proven working experience and management of all HR processes

- Exposure to various organizational cultures

- International/All India background. Experience in Mid-size organization.

- Cross border experience both in USA and India shall be an added advantage

- Ideally exposed to global engineering manufacturing organization

- Excellent active listening and negotiation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization

- In-depth knowledge of Indian Labor Law

- Knowledge of HR systems, databases and tools

- MBA in Human Resources undergraduation in Science or Engineering preferable

- Exposure to Finance is an added advantage.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in management of HR

- Experience in handling large teams in a Engineering Services or IT company shall be highly desired.
