Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Own the HR function completely&nbsp; - Provide top-quality leadership to the HR team, which currently has three members People Operations Manager, Recruiting Officer, and Learning & Development Manager.&nbsp; Initial KRAs:&nbsp; - Team Development: Complete competency mapping, career journey mapping and learning needs assessment for each standard role and for top 50% people in the team within 3 months, and for 100% of the team within 6 months.&nbsp; Recruitment:&nbsp; - Institute an appropriate recruitment process and guide recruiting officer to ensure compliance with each step for each position&nbsp; - Complete hiring for 7 key positions within 90 days&nbsp; - Induction: Institute an appropriate induction process and guide L&amp;D manager to ensure compliance with each step for each new person so that new hires are excited and ready to perform. - Culture and engagement: Introduce and lead efforts to strengthen and reinforce culture around Core Values.&nbsp; Skills and Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Human Resources from a Tier-1 Institution. - 10+ years of progressive work experience in a meaningful HR role with considerable and measurable accomplishments. - Humility and collaborative spirit. Deep-seated ambition to have a significant impact on a global scale. - Start-up or start-up-like experience is essential. - Excellent communication skills. - A hunger to push personal limits and constantly improve. - Treatment of the job as a source of enjoyment and fulfilment rather than a necessity. - A work ethic to match Virat Kohli. - Positive energy. - Relatable as a human being, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of position, age, gender, experience, religion, location, background, etc. - Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills. - Love for the planet &amp; the people on it. - Ability to work with in compressed timelines and with uncertainty. - Ability to learn quickly. - Resilience.
