Head - Human Resources - EdTech Startup (10-16 yrs)
Our client is a strongly backed Indian start up in the Ed Tech space
As the HR Head, you will be responsible for:
1. Setting up the entire organizational framework from scratch
2. Design a robust employee handbook
3. Set up and lead the Performance and Talent management portfolio for the organization
4. Design strong processes and policies around incentives, rewards and recognition
5. Manage employees across functions like sales, tech, faculty, etc.
6. Support the organization in building a employee centric culture
Requirements:
1. Come with 10 to 16 years of experience
2. Have strong experience in a tech based start up, having seen the entire growth journey
3. Have experience in setting up process and policies for a start up in its early phase of growth
4. Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Have a full-time MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute
