Head - Human Resources - eCommerce (12-20 yrs)
- The role requires partnering with the 4000+ member field sales/Tech +Product and service organization spread over 80+ offices across 30 different cities in India and support them on their end to end HR needs.
- The primary focus of the role revolves around hiring, developing and retaining the talent pool across the field organization. The position holder is expected to act as a change agent for culture and organizational initiatives across the field organization. The job involves traveling.
Key Tasks :
1.Setup and manage the end to end employee relationship and engagement across the geographically distributed sales force
2.Design and implement HR Analytics framework to provide business with insights on factors that impact employee performance and productivity leading to a happier work-force
3.Deploy and manage processes for talent spotting, talent development, performance management and career progression
4.Identify core issues leading to employee attrition and work with business to design and implement solutions to reduce the attrition
5.Facilitate formal and informal communication between various layers of the organization
6.Hire, train and build the required expertise within the HR team to support the business requirements
7.Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory, methods & applicable laws and provide suitable interpretation to leadership team within the organization
Skill Sets :
1.Process oriented with Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
2.Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people at all levels within the organization
3.Respond to intense and complex interpersonal situations with sensitivity & insight
4.Zeal to help people grow and be happy to see them succeed
- 12+ years of experience in all facets of HR activities to support a geographically distributed team
- HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.
Qualifications: MBA in HR from a reputed college, a degree in engineering will be an added advantage
