Role : Head HR

Reporting to : CEO

Team : 1 HR Manager

Location : Chennai

Responsibilities :

- Understand the talent needs based on business goals and attract the right talent and keep them motivated

- Put in place HR processes that are in line with the company culture

- Build a strong culture in the growing organisation of integrity, ownership, creativity, problem solving

- Build employee connect

- Role could grow beyond HR and take on other responsibilities

Skills and Experience :

- 12 - 20 years of experience

- Strong business acumen, ability to take on responsibilities beyond HR

- Highly innovative, strong problem solving, creative, while being execution focused

- Keen to do new things, be part of a faced-paced growing organisation
