Head - Human Resources - D2C eCommerce Startup (5-12 yrs)
The Head of HR role will be responsible for designing systems, processes and mechanisms to motivate, engage and develop talent at FrontRow.
- The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum environment for strong performance today and in the future.
- Strong customer focus, strong project management capability and a passion for creating high performance organisations.

- Ability to handle confidential information and be a trusted partner to the leadership team. Build trust and credibility within the organization.
- Keeping the management informed on HR and ER policies, as needed to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
- Improving Management / employee communications including mediating in disputes.
