Performance Management and Employee Engagement nto ensure performance evaluation of every employee with defined annual appraisal cycle for Corporate and Outlet employees to design and implement Rewards and Recognition to drive performance, thru structured incentive programmes and also thru multiple initiatives for rigour of instant recognition/rewards 3. Training and Development - To ensure Training and Upskilling across all levels of manpower for higher productivity - To define and implement learning path for each role and cover all employees as per the Training calendar - To implement Learning Management System and drive trainings for all categories of employees - To monitor performance and productivity of employes post training and evaluate impact of training programmes 4. Policy framework, Automation and Standardisation of HR practices
