Hiring for Head HR role for a Renowned Business conglomerate HR Strategy : - Understanding the company's medium- and long-term growth plans and formulating an HR vision, deciding on a strategic HR direction, and building plans to achieve those goals. - Guiding the management and the head of departments on key factors such as designing of HR policies, team s structures, aligning of talent requirement and planning for team growth. - Achieving buy-in and active support across the organization for driving and implementing change management initiatives. - Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention in the organization. Talent Acquisition : - Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across verticals: Understanding and guiding the leadership team about talent pool, creating JDs, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, effective on-boarding and employer branding. - Act as an advisor to determine effective recruitment strategies that ensure appropriate links with career planning and talent management processes. - Ensure strong pipeline of talent for the organization and focus on building a strong ATS (Application Tracking System) flow to manage applicant pool. Talent Management : - Overseeing the overall talent management process and provide professional development support to staff as needed - including devising the learning & development plans, career development plans, internal communication strategy and addressing the employee relation issues. - Provide oversight on payroll administration, systems management and data record-keeping, leave record keeping through the HRMS. - Advise the senior team on employee related issues, handle investigations and liaise with legal counsel/compliance team for resolution as appropriate. Total Rewards and Performance Management : - Support the successful implementation of the annual performance management process for the employees to support individual and business goals. - Manage the salary and benefits administration, implement performance bonus and other incentive programs for employees. - Spearhead compensation benchmarking initiatives.. - Framing total reward policies/processes and regularly updating the existing - Governance of HR systems within Legal and local framework Qualifications & Experience : - MBA or Masters or equivalent qualification in human resources management - At least 12 or more years of experience of leading an HR function within an outcome-focused environment - Experience in driving and delivering successful people strategies - Experience in developing HR systems and processes - Should have had prior experience in Talent Acquisition
