As a Head HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various functions within the HR gamut. Main and overall responsibility will be ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the company's Human Resource division.

What you need to do:

- Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle and also strategizing the talent acquisition process by understanding and analyzing the current as well as future hiring needs of the business.

- Leading, guiding and overseeing the management of the entire talent pool of the organization. Ensuring smooth functioning of the entire talent management cycle, starting from onboarding the right talent at the right time for the right requirement till the employee exit.

- Ensuring efficient performance management systems by developing effective manpower selection strategies, providing effective coaching and feedback, conducting timely performance reviews and also designing effective rewards & recognition systems.

- Defining the company's culture and also deciding and overseeing the various factors which contribute towards building a positive culture in the organization.

- Initiating various employee engagement metrics to make sure that the employees are not only properly engaged but also equipped with necessary infrastructure and resources to ensure employee engagement and thus the productivity of the business is increased.

- Initiating various learning and development programs to let employees learn as per their own requirements and also overseeing the learning and development content, programs, courses currently offered and also planned for the future, by the L&D team.

- Enabling HR partnership in the growth of the business by being involved and leading various HR activities including but not limited to, employee growth cycle and employee engagement, promotion cycle, retention strategies, reviewing employee performance, benchmarking compensation, success planning etc.

- Handling and solving any escalations regarding employee issues or complaints.

- Making sure that the entire workforce of the organization is growing professionally, individually, monetarily and also learning each and every day.

- Ensuring compliance of various human resource rules, laws & regulations.

- Updating and maintaining relevant confidential data and reporting the same to the top management in regular intervals.

What you need to have:

- Graduation is a must. MBA in HR is highly desirable.

- Relevant experience of leading a team of human resource professionals in various fields within HR gamut.

- Experience of maintaining highly confidential data.

- Experience dealing with sensitive issues in a confidential and discreet manner

- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.

- Advanced expertise in MS Excel, Data analytics, MIS reports and dashboard creation.
