Job Description of Head Human Resource :

Responsibilities :

- Head HR will be responsible for executing overall Human Resource strategy which includes Managing the entire gamut of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Employment Processing, Employee Management, Compensation, Health and Welfare Benefits, Training and Development, Records Management, Safety and Health, Formulation of Policies, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and Retention, AA/EEO compliance and Labor Relations.

Location : Mumbai.

Reports to : COO of the Company.

Required Skills and Experience :

- This role requires energy, strong people management skills, robust influencing and collaboration skills, and the ability to establish systems and processes within a fast growing organisation.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with following requirement :

- MBA/ PGDM/ Post Graduate Degree/ Certification Specialized in HR from Tier - 1 institutes in India or Abroad.

- At least 12 to 15 years of work experience handling various areas of HR, fitting to role defined above.

- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural team.

- Passion to work in social sector and make a difference.

- Highly collaborative and empathetic but equally results-driven.

- Highest standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
