Job Description :

Our client is a leading manufacturer of ayurvedic products based in Gurugram.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire gamut of the HR function across the organization

- Develop and design the organizations HR strategy, processes and culture in alignment with the business strategy

- Execute the strategic direction of HR, including implementation of best practices that support business goals and objectives

- Partner with and support the leadership and business heads for all people related matters and implementation of processes

- Design and regularly review HR plans, policies, and processes to facilitate the smooth functioning of the business

- Continuously focus on building talent in the organisation, to ensure the right capability is available to achieve the organisation's goals

- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention

- Support cultural changes across the company through a variety of action plans, enabling managers to manager their teams effectively

Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of strong HR experience

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to worth in a high growth and dynamic environment
